I feel that these products are safe and secure normally. I trust Petco because of the new and better employees. While each Petco is different, the Petco on the NW side of Tucson is the best place to go if you need some info on what's best for a ferret. Petco listens to its customers and does its best to help. If you buy online and you find that you don't like it or it doesn't fit you can return it to the store.
